I was stressed and unsure how long we'd be without hot water. After calling around, Anthony got back to me quickly and came over to help us out. He walked me through several options, was completely transparent with the costs, and ultimately helped us transition to a completely gas-free home, making use of the hot water rebate. Even though it was the weekend, Anthony organised everything so efficiently that we had a brand-new heat pump installed by Monday! Anthony and Matt handled the installation, and Jason, the electrician, came in to finish the job. The entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Anthony kept us updated throughout the rebate process and continued checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly. Amazing service, super fast turnaround, and genuinely helpful advice. Couldn’t recommend AWDW Plumbing & Gasfitting more highly!
